BizHub is not a licensed broker, investment adviser, attorney, accountant, or tax professional. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
All outputs, including deal analysis, SBA calculations, DSCR metrics, projections, and valuation estimates are generated based on user-provided inputs and embedded assumptions. Results are hypothetical estimates and may not reflect real-world underwriting standards, lender decisions, or business performance.
2. No Fiduciary Relationship
Your use of BizHub does not create any fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, or professional relationship between you and BizHub. BizHub does not represent buyers, sellers, lenders, or investors in any transaction.
3. User Responsibility and Due Diligence
Business acquisitions and investments involve significant risk, including the risk of total financial loss.
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all data inputs and outputs.
- Conducting independent financial and operational due diligence.
- Consulting licensed legal, tax, and financial professionals.
- Making your own independent business decisions.
SBA approval, lending terms, and financing decisions are determined solely by lenders and regulatory authorities, not by BizHub.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, ownership interest, or financial instrument. BizHub does not arrange financing or negotiate transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Reliance on modeled financial results
- Loan denials or failed transactions
- Business losses or lost profits
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use. In jurisdictions where liability limitations apply, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BizHub in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizHub from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your business decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, models, calculations, design elements, and content are the exclusive property of BizHub. You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, scrape, resell, or redistribute any portion of the platform without prior written consent.
9. Subscription and Access
BizHub may modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing and features may change without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, and you waive any right to participate in class-action litigation.
11. Updates to These Terms
BizHub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
